Those words of wisdom could not ring any more true about how Jim feels when he springs out of bed in the morning, anxious to go to the place where he spends a majority of his waking hours. Think about that for a moment. You actually spend more time in working, than you do at home! If you don’t love what you are doing, that can make for a hollow life experience.
In 1997, Jim had a vision to build a financial services organization that would be like none other. Much has transpired over the years, struggles, successes, and everything in between, but what has never changed was his passion for what he does or how he does it.
