This team has strong organizational skills and are almost completely digital. The ideal candidate must be equally as passionate about systems, processes and organizations.

This team is led by John Caserta, who is very involved in the New Haven and North Haven area. He is often seen on the local news station, WTNH, and would like to have this candidate be passionate about these types of marketing opportunities for themselves.
